problem to unlock palm pré plus and pixi

i tested the palm pre plus and pixi, soft said phones unlocked and still locked. here they are the logs :

Then they are unlocked. What exact message you see on phone display ?

the phones gives this message : 'Sim not activated (2) Contact your supplier for assistance'

That has nothing to do with the unlock. IS soem kind of errro related to the sim card itself
