Problems with OTSmart

What's going with OTSmart? Before I could unlock the Alcatel OT-4030A. But now, the option to unlock is not available. Only Read device memory, Change CPU reference, and Write factory firmware are the only options available for this model. I even tried doing this model with MTK Reader and I get this error.

for OT-4030 must use MTKReader and was same since start. Dont mix it with 4033. And you have that error on mtkreader because you dont use v1.0.0.496. Previous version had an bug. Go to the support and get latest version and/or the full installer !
