Seems like new server brought a nice headache, so in order to work in the most efficience way I suggest you to post here your issues.

Now, let's work correctly. How to write here?

[Box username] FGBOX1234
[Problem] PACK X missing or Activation missing
[Reseller] ...

If you post anything else (Boxid, plzzz or anything like that) will delete post so let's do things easy so Steve can check the necessary details

Also, avoid using capital letters or black, green blue or yellow colors. standard simple message

I'm doing the update pack to use the program for blackberry (4 pack) and always says I need to update the pack right, would have changed the number of pack's? rsrsr

I still have the same problem, I can not activate the packs and I can not get into the support:
