QCOM SMART TOOL Error (solved) - GSM-Forum

I downloaded the latest version (V1.0.0.2950) from support but i have again an old problem:

'Please update the dongle using correct PACK!'

My FG is on pack 5 and i get this error.

Can some one tell me if it have same problem?

Check the stickies, it's not latest version

You need to use V1.0.0.3007,this is the last one,Please Luskao but this version in support because i read some post with this problem...

well I think is not my fault if the support is not updated .. and I still didn`t find the new one ..

Then update pack,if you don't update you can't use latest software

the fg is already updated to pack 5 and latest software but still give me error
i want to update again to pack 5 maybe will help but as you know server is down

Sorted Server is back as normal the problem was the pack need update again
