my dongle is on version QCOM_SMART_TOOL_v1.0.0.10319 but am failing to use the update

QCOM_SMART_TOOL_v1.0.0.10454.

'it says please update the dongle using the correct pack.....''



what is the the procedure, i do have the maintenance tool

Connection timed out.

Firewall or router is blocking port 2011. Unblock it !

tried on windows xp, windows 7 and 8 I even turned off firewall and antivirus but I get same error

Socket Error # 10060

so is it a dongle problem, because even when I bought it I couldn't use any pack until I contacted the reseller who also made me wait to refer to technical that was how they activated for me on their side

Theres no dongle problem. Is a problem from your side. That error 10060 means the soft cant connect our server. That because firewall/router is blocking port 2011 !!!
