realy to bad support for resellers [SOLVED]


First all i must see updates are very good im happy from updates and im sure all customer are happy from good updates

but another story is support service from fgold to reseller
i bliev im not alone

- contact / answer problems
- transfer credit to accont or order box if any problem not received order box or credit etc realy big problem to solv because until payment i get answer after payment if somethink wrong no more support

you just need explain me ( your 1 contact reseller ) problem
but as reseller i must explain to customer

from last year i lose 650+ credit
i write problem more time to christophe and steve but still no answer/not solved

i have no left in my accont
i need active pack for custumer
because as reseller receive credit in accont can take longer and from customer box go support area and gold store order NORMAL must be real time activation i pay more and order direct from my paypal accont activation credit and where is real time forget it

i hope furious team will keep his reseller
because without resellers how do you plan to sale box in market

Well, I never had such problems. When I transfer credits to my *******rs was INSTANT and then activation was done. No problems.

I don't know which kind of problem did you have

Activated pack on box you asked but you know problem is that some resallers like to take your money only. So best is next time to avoid such problems buy from other source.

i order directly from online via maintenanche go support / gold store
is there any other direclty online ?

about reseller / im reseller see reseller list

about buy from beter sources
yes i think christophe is from team so each team person is not same ?

anyway if you can retourn my reseller accont credit back i want order 1000 credit again.
( 650 credit see history and see reseller ( mine ) box username xxxxX1667 for more info look history sended / ordered credit )
( box user name xxxx u know whats it )
