First thing to say, you don't read. It's a pity but you don't. I requested two things and it was two much?

1. Post Refill string I didn't say ASK I said REFILL STRING
2. I asked to write both, refill and boxID in CAPITAL LETTERS

Now as I got the idea when finishing the thread, I created a poll. In this poll we got the following options:

Around a 97% of you guys didn't read my post. I requested REFILL STRING. That means if you have REFILL STRING this means you have a problem. As I can see you only posted here to get your REFILL. Thanks 110 posts!!

ERRORS DESCRIPTION:

ERROR 01: With this error you will need to format box and post new ASK

ERROR 02: You press counters/status info button and since you haven't transfered credits yet but you presed ASK REFILL then you have no credits info till you will enter the REFILL STRING from the webpage

ERROR 03: This is an error that happens in Treo phones, it's when the date from phone it's not correct

ERROR 07: You didn't transfer credits to the box so read the manual.



Boshko alfa: Your error it's 01, so do as suggested and after format give the new ASK REFILL

bartholomeo: You said that you are having a problem that each time you open the software new ASK refill appears. Format box and retry, but the usual thing it's to press one time ASK refill not 500.

nano1, as I already answered you your counters are blocked. In order to solve this issue you must format and post new refill string on here. Hack3r2k when possible will give you new one.

shrawi: No error explained I can't give any answer...

Rodrigo_c: you mus do as Boshko and Nano1. Format and give new ASK REFILL and do not try nothing else

doctorfleming: you said you are getting error 03, it's quite weird as it's a TREO ERROR, can you please press status info and give us the problem?


For the rest of the people, if you see your name, did you have any error or just waiting for REFILL STRING?

If you are waiting for the string, thanks for all the time I lost by checking all your information. I read all the hundread posts meanwhile you were not capable to read ONE
