Remote Unlock Problem ... - GSM-Forum

Hi
I put an order in (Alcatel | SFR | Vodafone | Motorola Unlock Codes) Request ID #21030 but for some reason it went in twice (#21031) and I have been billed twice ?
Can you fix the credit for me ?

...and now Request ID #21032 (HTC Unlock Codes New Models) is stuck showing "Pending" when its an Instant Service.

When it says instant it doesnt means right away
sometimes due to the servers usage it takes a wile but it normaly its quite fast.
For me 90% of the times it takes at the most a minute, but there are times that it takes at the most 5 to 6 minutes.
So only 10% of the times it isn't almst instantly

That last post is all sorted out now ( it took 7 and a half hours).

All except the first post ... I put the order in and it charged twice instead of once.
The date and time stamp is the same for both #21030 and #21031
