Remove phone code from bb8100 - GSM-Forum

This is my first time to remove password from blackberry phone . I followed all instruction from support area.now telephone in white screen shows scrubbing and remaining 60minutes(around).i want to know that there is any wrong in my procedure or not.is this normal or not?
