Renew FuriousGold support tab??? - GSM-Forum

Hi.
Next month i have to renew support for 1 year.
I saw the tutorial but when i connet box and go to support
i only see two tabs, i don't have the renew tab.
Can you please tell me if i only have this one when my support expires?

I was not talking about remote unlock, i was talking about the
tab to renew. It doesn't show as you can see.

Why RENEW to appear if the box isnt expired ? Your box expired on 23/12/2013
