Repair imei OT-6045 - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to repair imei on this Alcatel OT-6045Y
When i try to root it says always : fail after send boot.img.
i tried with custom recovery same problem.

if i try to unlock bootloader it say: unknown command.

Any help?

software alcatel by log don't recognize phone i think i must enable diag on usb but without root i can't do

i think steps are:
- Root
- Enable Diag on ADB
- Calculcate LOG
- Use Alcatel by Log to Write log

I tried TWRP and Root only, always fail
I not tried to write recovery because it can brick smartphone
Please help me

You have to dial ###2324# and the ports will be visible
