Requst to fg team how to used pack-8 manualy

i just buy the pack-8 and i try to get the unlocking code of ot-800 without haveing mobile in my hand manualy and i follow the steps of manual book that comes with the software when we download it but their is no unlocking codes are comeing can someone help me for manualy plss i have the imei and provider id....plus if u can send as the photos also so i m very evry thank full to u...i am waiting presiouslly answer

when i try to take any unlocking code this comes

You must have a backup from a phoen with same provider id you are having imei from. If you have you select it, you type imei and thats all.

thansk for the answer i would like to requst u kindly if u tell me who have the cable of pack-8 alcatel uncloking in uk so i buy from that reseller.....pls if u can help that bez i check from lot of reseller and no one knows thanks

well fonesclinic does not have the cable now even they did not know how to used pack-8 and they dont have pack-8 even ..i taken my own usb to they know what is going on pack-8.....so even i know now after buying all this that we cant unlock any phone with a provider id file or mobile with in hand i very very dispoint with my self why i go with it i was saveing money to buy pack-3.....but my bad luck so now lookafter every where for pack-8 cable.....its too much price they are takeing for postage that web site u give me sir...

Man that's why PACK 8 support all providers id cause it connects phone and create a special backup from each provider you need make codes. So if you have 100 phones from same provider id you only need to connect phone once and after for rest use backup created for first to generate codes for the rest.
