Samsung B312EH Logo Blinking after Flashing !!!

Hi,
i flashed Samsung B312EH that request Phone Lock at startup because can't Direct Unlock.

before that i used read codes ,when i entered the code calculated by FG server appears " incorrect code ",

* that why i moved to flashing operation.

During the flashing ,the soft just write the first & second files (BSY.fls + CDS.fls ) and not write CSC.dffs !!!!

Same problem ,can't write CSC file.
But after flashing with the last version ,after logo show ,i listen a startup sound but no display with keypad light,few seconds the phone restart ....

* it's important to write CSC file to have no problem with display & restart
