Samsung I9060i no network after unlock

Hi

I have problem with Samsung I9060i, after direct unlock it has no network!

First I tried Read Codes but server did not respond, and then I tried Direct unlock and now phone can't search for network!

Before this phone I unlocked other I9060i from the same network and it works!!

I have backups
GT-I9060I_358325062xxxxxx_SIMLOCK_2015_08_13_18_43_55 .fgb
but how to write them in the phone!?!??

I already wrote that, and I know where is backup...but...

How to restore backup!?!??! Which option to select!?!?

I attached backups from two same phones from same provider, firstone unlock went OK, the second can't search network after unlock!!

I tried to reset the phone, but same problem!!

and I didn't want to flash the phone before I try to write the backup!!
