pla furius team help me unlock this phone it looks is a new firmware cause said contact suppor any idea

Searching phone ...NOTHING happen when i try sharp USB MODEM COM PORT ...Software engine version: 1.0.0.8145
Searching phone ... nothin happen but when i try sharp USB DIAGNOSTIG PORT ...here is log .......Software engine version: 1.0.0.8145
