Hello Mutuza,

The slow method simply requires to connect as you do with fast method afer press do job. Then you must select the SFI file and wait the three-6 minutes required

PS: I will try to do a manual with the next one even fast code always worked for me

lusako

thank you for your fast replay, i think your product support is A+,

i would just like to know that when i do the slow method, can i select unlock instead of read code as i rarely find a code appeares once the methos has been completed.

also do i have to input the imei number of the phone anywhere on the system as this maybe the reason why the code does not appear.

thanks in advance.

You can try, if it works then won't be a problem and if not will remain locked so the risk for the phone it's null.

It's not needed to put IMEI or anything. Just be sure that the SFI file matches your phone soft
