how to reset this SNE-LX1 using FG by cable ?

Wipe DATA GREYED OUT and is NOT ACTIVE link

and has code link

Hello

As you can see, in recovery, Wipe data/Factory reset option is NOT ACTIVE.

Is there a command or any other way to force factory reset this phone ? By ADB or in fastboot ?
