If you have a dead T156, G1157 or similar model please, do not create another new thread.

Supporters use to read all the forum so, reading same thing in two threads or same user posting in two different threads it's a mess and, at least me, bothers a lot.

Cause we spend time trying to offer best support, we will need o improve as supporters but, our dear users, improve as users you also.

If you want something you know that youjust need to ask hack3r2k and if he hasn't sample offer sample and he will try to get it. He use to open his head to decypher about the phones info so, do not open his head with the forum.

Updates for many brands will come, such as HTC, LG, Huawei, ZTE, Sagem, Pantech (maybe), Treo...

Possibilities are huge, but as usual we depend on your help. I try to simplify with manuals and my best effort but, sometimes I get mad with you a little bit, and hack3r2k, which in my opinion it's the programmer who most read the forum for helping gets more mad than me. So please try to care the supporters as well and we will give our best to you

Well we will try our best to give all the updates that we can but depends on hack, i'm just a supporter

we care but the main thing is why u not care customer complains.There are huge complains regarding this issue last two months and still not satisfactory solution come from u.

well there were complaints but only after MANY MANY time a phone was sent, all the work that has been done for those phones were did without a phone.

So it's more difficult to release an update with phone or without phone in hands?

If users do not help us with the devices it's more difficult to release an update. It's like 231BT was released and no errors as phone was sent. Also, BlackBerry 9630 Tour wasn't sent so slow mode can't be added for msl.

Things can be easier when you have the phone and see how it reacts
