I,ve buyed from your site Furiousteam store, a box and some cables last 28 of May, order is confirmed, and have tracking number DHL, but on the page of dhl dosenīt exist, sorry for posting in forum but Steve didnīt replay to my e-mail.

hello,
me too i didn't receive any reply yet from steve.
i did buy 4 dongle BB 2 of theme are activated and the others two not ,so i did write and email to steve
but no answer i guess i have to wait for monday cause of the weekend,but if some 1 from the furious
team can help, it will be great.

ok i did receive an email from steve ,he did help me to active 1 dongle (big thanks for that)
and i did send him the sn of the last 1 and i think he will deal with it after this weekend.
one more time im sorry to disturb him the weekend.

hi
me too i didn't receive any reply yet from MR. Steve.
i bought one dongle 4 and 5 activated the last 06/06 ,i wrote a tons of email to steve , and he didn`t answer

I didn`t receive ship number no news nothing
I`m very dissapointment
I just think That I was stolen

I send one mail per day (is this spam?) , AND I NEVER RECEIVE ANY REPLY
If you are product manager from FG , in spite of replying me , why not try to solve this issue , or try to answer what happen (is there any delay) . or try to help me and the customers that are in similar situation
Put in our ***** from a moment , you`ve bought and payed something and never receive, and didn`t received any news from the buyer .and trying contact everyday , and no receive any response
What should i do?
You should not kid to customer , this talk bad from you
I count 10 customer that are in similar situation
I only want any message telling that the box was shipped, or sorry theres is any delay or shipping number etc etc something that get me believe that I was not cheated
I think that you understand
