Strange install problem - GSM-Forum

Hi guys

I have installed FG onto the computer, but failing when trying to run the modules.

- Running maintenance is fine, i can rread serial, generate licence and change packs
- When i run any module it says "Card reader(s) not found"

The fact that Maintenance.exe is fully working suggests that the card is inserted correctly, but it just will not run the modules!

In Control Panel the box is being detected after installing the FG by steve drivers!

Any help or guides? I have searched support but can only come up with people who have the card not quite inserted problems. This would be worth a try but the fact that maintenance recognises it suggests otherwise?

Right click on exe => RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Thank you - now getting another error message - this is running from the install directory as administrator

dear your window will may be currupt or ur this exe file also currupt so change ur exe bye the removing and installing procedure
then run it again and click the admnistrator
and check it?

Your problem it's because you are trying to open softwares that are not allowed with the pack loaded in dongle. read FAQ

Read instructions and update dongle with requesred pack by teh module.
