Dear FuriousGold Managers
My FuriousGold Box just became almost dead.
I have already tried with more than 3 PC's and the problem persists.
I have already reinstalled the windows SO put the same problem persist.
One day without sintom, the box just didn't installed on windows when plugged on the usb port.
Windows made it's comon soud but nothimg happened.
It just continued like nothing happened.
Not even when we tried to find new devices.
The light inside the box sometimes, blink, sometimes is always on and others just dont even gives light.
What can I do?
I have packs bought and am unable to even try to order a new blank one.
I would like to know if it possible to see my box been replaced since she as less than a Year old since she was bought on the 27th of March 2013
I whant also to know if its possible to transfer it credits and pack from one dongle to another.
Please give me a solution

Open the box . Remove dongle from it and connect direct to usb port. Check if it works
