problem !!!!!

Dear team,

i am unable to enter the support site using the latest shell as well as latest maintainance 1.0.0.488

it always gives the message
Bad Login!

Thanks for the activation sent to me. I have successfully activated my box and can now access download area. But after downloading latest FGSETUP version and installing same, on starting programme it tells me LICENCE NOT FOUND. What is the next line of action to get it work. It is taken me over one year to get FURIOUS GOLD work but i take it in good faith and learnt alot from this "wilderness experience". Post assist.

you need to run maintainance tool and generate license, after that will be ok

I try since now one week to have access to the supporta area !
My FBGold is sn 3510
bad login
bad login !

latest firmware ok
key generated ok

Send 5 tickets ..... 2 answers ..... some server problems !
nothing else
help me pls I need to use my box now

I don't cry why I'm user of FBII to without any problem since years so why the gold is not working ?

Please try connect server with maintenance software generating new licence file. I need double check something.

Let me know when u did this so i can fix your problem.

you don't know how to install/activate nec plugin..or just give you errors?
