I'm searching for the same thing,any sort of aap unlock, or even better any custom ROM or trick to make fast boot work as everyone I've seen has said unlike the original Alcatel version you at least CAN get it into fast boot mode but the bootloader is locked, can't flash a TWRP image but if anyone has the kernel source for the revvl plus that could help.

Using the diagport is possible this can enabled using app shortcut master , diagnostic and other ports are enabled can you read and write qcn and imei, maybe some body check if is possible unlock from this way

The above shortcut is obviously not for unlocking, but to activate the diag ports for possible unlocking or frp removal.
