this why am asking,Pending why? eversince i bought this box last september i never retrieved my treo 680 credits ,this is the first time i want to use the credits so why am i on pending list.

WEll that's a common error, do not read instruction manual = FAQ, so you didn't read about TREO credits till you need those. Wait for hack3r2k he will give string as soon as possible
