please help

After putting the phone into ftm mode amdo was unlocking zte t60 before but not anymore
i have tried with 2 different machines. one running windows xp and one windows 7

both say

Failed to open the communication port !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:00

other zte models are working fine and the computer even connects the phone is ftm mode (handset diagnostic interface (DFU) (COM65) )

try on other pc seems like port is busy or drivers problem

Check pc sync applications. Some application is opening that port

ok. i disabled everything at startup from msconfig and problem solved
