Im Trying To Unlock Lg GS290 Got The Codes From Pack1 When I Put Network Code Fone Dont Display Unlocked Sucssfuly.

Then I Put Another Network Sim Fone Shows USIM Locked.

What Is Wrong With This Fone And Is There Any Solution To Unlock This Fone.
