Time for support renew question - GSM-Forum

I have FG boxt that keep in conditions with yearly payments ... Mostly i make payments for year + new pack ... Now i wish to add to my pack 7 just Huawei Ressurector - separate SW outside the standard pack 7, but cannot see this like option.

So - it is possible?

Yes - i have allready pack 7, but still not bought Ressurector to my FG tools [ Hua and DC cover the jobs till now ] - i wish to make payment for +1 year support in bundle with Ressurector, but not see it like option [ this is enabled for standard packs - with bit more money customer can get support+new pack ] . In fact bundle of support + adding pack come with fair price and leave a good taste on FG customer [ like me ] that spend money for something new, not just for things that allready have [ but they die ... brrr ] .
Giving money for yearly support is our ways to tell FG developers that we like your work and option to get something new when spend it is very good.

It was just my point of view.
