When you make a dongle please secure the usb dongle inside the white box i woke up 1 morning and needed to unlock a phone and the program said it could not detect the dongle so i look at it and i hear a rattle like something really loose. i had a feeling sopmething wasnt right so i opened it. sure enought there was a small purple dongle that said R6 in on just sitting there. all i am saying is secure it so it wont slip out of the usb port inside the white box.

Yea i had to slide it back into the llittle usb port then reseal the box. and now it is 100% working again
