INSERT A RESTRICTED SIM INSIDE AND ENTER UNLOCK CODE.
USUALLY NETWORK OR SIM/USIM ARE THE ENABLED LOCKS !
IN WORST CASE TRY ALL ;-) ONE WILL SURELY WORK !
RESETTING;

I try this but no way

nsert a not accepted SIM Card and turn ON your Toshiba TG01.

Enter the Unlock Code you received
Your Toshiba TG01 is now unlocked!

OR

Insert a not accepted SIM Card and turn ON your Toshiba TG01.

The display will show “Enter Network Unlock CODE ”.

Enter **00012* then 47369761 followed by Unlock CODE# then press the center menu key.

The display will now show “Done”.

Switch your Toshiba TG01 OFF and ON.

Your Toshiba TG01 is now unlocked

And what problem do you have, what do the phone ask with wrong sim?

when I put a wrong sim, only blocked sim
I try all code no succes

Maybe counters blocked... If so nothing can be done
