i have to toshiba tg401 locked to orange

could the counter be blocked coz its not accepting any code. i have factory reset the phone.

probably its blocked and now its asking for network puk.

its in german translation doesnt ask for PUK

das telefon ist gesperrt. geben sie das kennwort zum das kennwort zum deaktiveren der sim-sperre ein
the phone is locked. give them the password for the password to deactivate the sim-lock

sie können weiterhin notrufe tätigen, sofern dies von ihnen diensteanbieter unterstutzt wird
they can still make emergency calls, unless it is supported by their service-provider

damn this orange guys. is there any solution if counter is blocked?
