i have blackberry 8800 in red light only after clear password in fg any way to recovery that phone now i have try update also but error A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.

try on different windows
but b4 that try with different battery

also happened to after clear password phone dies

just flash phone sometimes it takes time

for me took me 2 computers and 2 hrs to get it to flash

but it will eventually

ok try RAMJAN method to flash BB no update is available, check it on sticky blackberry section

bro ur f/w not bb desktop manager it is furious gold f/w pls
download f/w form bb download site then install it & delete vendor from c drive then flash with loader
i think solv ur problem

remove all other black berry softwares which install in pc
only install 8800 flash files and flash ur phone
