Treo credits error 02 pls help...

Hi sir,

I have 10 bling credits and i cant transfer directly to my box...when i click ask refill string in support it will say YOU DONT HAVE ANY CREDITS TO TRANSFER even i have loaded 10 creds?

cHECK atteched file below regarding my box details..

And if possible you can send it back my free treo creds...All gone after i format my box.

Pls check fle attached below...my free creds last 2009 and transfered it into my box.
But dis lost after my fg box formated.

So its my fault...I hope you can still refund without screenshot, Christmas is coming maybe thats my christmas gift from you sir. lolz

Aside credits refund, can you guide me if how to transfer my 10 bling credits loaded lastweek directly to my box...??? Coz i haven`t see transfer credits menu in support...I all ready read faq but the only problem is ders no transfer credits menu in my support.
