i ask refill today for treo phones send ask refill code gave in sw and server gave me refill code i put and says error now i cant ask other refill code for my box , can u guys let me ask other refill , i saw too who sw generate other ask code refill everytime , i think there was my mistake

Which error do you get? I guess you have formatted box

bad support , in my first post was explained , now client take his handset .

Bad user, you didn't explained correctly. You said error but there are different errors when you enter refill.

So if you got just error means you entered in wrong place or whatever. It's difficult to know what was your problem.

1. You asked refill, then the refill code you put it in the webpage place.
2. Recieved the Refill string. Then entered in soft and got error (Can be 01, 02, 07...) but no details.
3. As you entered too many times the code in software using the manual as reference you may have blocked counters.

You can do in this way, it's easier to understand... WE can't read your mind
