It's stupid to repeat as supporters read ALL the threads So if you get that issue we can see the following problems: 1. Passed 39 seconds, it's quite weird, which os do you use? Also try to use better cable or similar as connection it's the poorest 2. Error 03, did you format your box at any moment? If so, you lost your credits, was said many many times. 3.
