Trying to activate Pack 4 & 5 (Special Promo) but it did not ask for my Box ID number


Hello.

This might be a noob question, but here goes.

It is Monday evening where I am, and I went to
http://furiousteam.com/product_info....60&language=en
to pay for an activate Packs 4 and 5 for BB and LG along with the 1 year free renewal.

I went through the process and confirmed payment via PAY-PAL (and got the confirmation of payment including Transaction ID number).
But no where did the process ask for my FG Box ID number, username or anything else.

How do I confirm that my box will get what I paid for?

Box ID 1869

Started to work...now not working

This is interesting.

I made the purchase on Monday (as per the opening post of this thread).

On Tuesday everything started to work, and even preformed some operations, but now nothing is working again (today is Wednesday), saying I have to renew the account for 1 year.

Anyone else with this problem?

I also sent e-mail to Steve about this, but also posted here to see if anyone else has same problem....
