Trying to direct unlock blackberry 9870 - GSM-Forum

im trying to unlock my first phone with FG box and im having a lot of issues...first off I installed the drivers to Blackberry using BB Desktop manager, do I connect blackberry to FG box or directly to computer? And whenever I try to connect it says to turn off mass storage mode...I do not know how to do this. I have kept trying to turn it off and still cannot find where to do this on the phone. Thank you for your help guys!

Disable Your phone Password.
Otherwise Wipe Your Phone Must Save All Data Before Wipe.
Then Try Again To Unlock.

im sorry its a blackberry 9780 and the phone has no password lock....so what then? thank you for your prompt reply

OPen pack 4 ......take out memory card than connect ur phone with micro USB cable connected to computer ... installed proper drivers ...... still if it gives error menu-settings-advanced options-password diabled option (check there is option for disabled or not .... might be small lock button there .. if yes than enter wrong password 10times @u'll loose all the data@ when it restart its asking for new password .. DONT ENTER the password just attach ur phone and press Do Job first it gives u unlock code .. after that u can reset ur password) ....... follow the instructions and ur phone will unlocked. ...
