hi team i m trying to unlock 2 bb phone 1 is 9500 and 8830 both phone when plug the cable in it saying this

Code:

Searching for usb device ... 
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off or Phone Password to Disabled and be sure phone is charged !
Time needed - 00:00:12

but the problem is i can read both both phone with other tool?
y is like that phone dont have any user code everything is disable y is saying like this?

Press do job and then connect the phones. Also be sure not other softs nor rim software it's opened

I'm having the same problem...

Mass Storage mode is Off

Password is Disabled

Blackberry Device Manager is not running and there aren't any RIM processes as well.

Several phones:
8820 v4.2.2.169
8800 v4.2.1.79
3x 8310 v4.2.2.170

Any advice will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
