u890 insert usim card after unlocked with pack 5

After all this process phone still write insert usim card whiles there is sim inside,i flashed phone with 64k file and after try-ed process again but still insert usim card whiles sim card is inside please advice

have u tried to flash with spacial firmware file from support erea?
if after flash with spacial firmware still insert sim than its Hardware problem.

I flashed with this file U890_64K_SIM_EASY_TEMPUNLOCK and after i unlocked but the same problem

The phones were (3) three ,one u300 and 2 u890,but all is working fine after unlocking,but only this handset having this problem.
