Again you have no idea how to use the soft. ADB mode must not be checked. You check adb mode for HUAWEI only. For alcatel watch the tutorial here and do the same

On Fierce 2 can't uncheck "Media device (MTP)" so change to "Charging only" and drivers install and continue on for Unlock and its was done
