hi

i have bb8110 i try read code with FG but i get this error

Searching for usb device ...
Reconnect USB device and retry ! Set in menu Mass Storage to Off and be sure phone is charged !
Time needed - 00:00:08

i go setting advaced option > media card off mass storage set OFF
still error i have now i want direct unlock i downloaded sfi file plaese wre i but this file

u might have the password enabled

ok i try use clear passowrd bottom then mobile come error message with screen reset error the i try update online ok now
i have working mobile the i read code ok but some error still have like camera when i try open camera i get this massage
camera has been disabled by your system adminstartor video camera is working also i cnt type the *

Maybe you need to flash the device as it seems like some information was lost
