is possible to calculate unlock code through shark calculater for lg optimus 2x p990.

i have a problem, is detected: lGE ANDROID PLATFORM USB MODEM ( with usb) but not connect.

I have the same problem with my P990 Optimus 2x.
Why?

I forgot to say that the phone is from Vodafone Spain.

If phone wasnt flashed. Imei was readed correctly it must work. Codes come from LG direct

I have no idea if the customer did anything to the phone, but if he did is there any other way to unlock this phone?
