Hello dear team help me please.There is one ALCATEL OT-217x that want do unlock bat evry time geting this mesage and the end error.Phone in my hands this is a log

COM opened ok;
Phone must be powered off;
Keep pressing the power button if serial used !
(for USB connection keep SPACE or * (STAR) key pressed and insert the usb cable)
COM opened ok;
