Hello All Suppport members and not,
i've a big problem with zte f116 - h3g ita branded, becouse i can't unlock with Furious dongle;
This is the answer of the box, when i try to unlock:

Searching phone ...

MODEL : QCOM SERIES 10
COMPILED DATE : Apr 13 2011 16:35:00

yes dump seems impossible to do , all programs (your,kk,mine ecc) stop at 2%
maybe can be on download mode ... i will buy asap for test

He is asking for the file that the software generated in 4h it may be enough for checking info from the phone to release a new version of soft that support your phone.

So upload to dropbox, rapidshare, megaupload or whatever
