Hi Hack3r2k, i need help regaRDING ALCATEL 980a on FG i load all the drivers still error reading it ...

Remove cable . Type *#2618# , enable DIAG, put usb back and choose the diagnostic port

Be sure you arent using any usb hub, restart pc, phone. Theres no such thing as unsupported version since all versions are supported by default. Be sure you install the drivers from support again. Can find me on skype to try checks whats wrong. Your NCK: 3963588904
