i have bought yesterday a blackberry dongle after downloading the software and running this is the message i see " update is required " after ok button nothing happens what seems to be the problem??? i cannot use the dongle...

Use maintenance and update dongle with pack 4 !

what do you mean by that? did you read my post 1st post i have just bought that dongle and its already out of date and this the help i get????

if he just bought it it should be activated...why he need to buy for renewal.. it doesnt make any sense....
