ve538 card error problem - GSM-Forum

hi,

i have motorola ve538 with locked sim but it shows "card error" not "enter n.p. code", i tried read codes but it do not accept the read codes anymore. here's is graphic log:

there is frimware in support, please clarify the ff:
1. can i flash the phone with the firmware on support?
2. does this frimware correct the card error problem of phone?

Well you should know the phone works ok just with 64k/128k sims so mayeb u tried using 32k one. Also if possible we would liek to buy ur phone and check the problem.
