Tryed two times unlock this phone but same error , any ideia what is wrong?

disconnected other usb devices from pc ! as detect fails for the correct port. leave just the phone connected

Only box and phone is connected to computer .
Have checked in a different computer but same result:

Now, with your orientation is done.
Have tryed diferent sysop but same result .
When i plug phone to computer he detect for example port 20 , but when software ask to remove and re-insert cable phone is detected with new com port for example port 21 . That is the ''problem''.
