pls solve my problem to reset phone code of vodafone 136

here is log:-

Connect phone powered on !
Start auth !
SW Ver: EH-IN-P108E5(S)V1.0.0B04
Imei: 352786035496239
Done;
Press power on !
Starting communication ...
Platform: E-Gold Voice ...
Preloader sent ....
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:21

i am using latest vodafone module

This problem appear if you use old metal gold box. Use other interface !

You cannot. Read the code by cable or re flash it using the flash files from the support !
