Need such phones returning error in hands. In ur case seems coomunication problem. Phone must be slided abd show charging or be in main menu. Also try several times.

thx for replay sir but when phone rebot and then give me error 4"6"or some time error 10 i use latest exe but my phone cant"t unlock plz help
