Vodafone 354 - Cannot Backup Security File

hackers,

got a Vodafone 354 but cannot do Backup Security File for this phone.

Although Alcatel MTK tool V1.0.2.0 does support VF354 BUT on the

'security rebuild region' menu , VF354 is not on the List of phones.....

will this be updated in the next update,

thx

Hi,
Please check my release note first.
For this model, you should try do security rebuild with full flash function with golden security file.
It is because of the special firmware characteristic of such model.

Eason

did what you suggested, but it did not save a copy of provider id.

Make your handset power off, plug in the UART cable!
Product: Vodafone354
Load DA file...
Load AUTH file...
Load flash image file...
Start to connect the handset, keep pressing the power on key!
Start to flash handset image...
IMEI: 861966000023***
Provider ID: N/A
Security information version: XLL3FC37
Downloading flash image now...
Formatting file system now...
Proceeding post process now...
Proceeding post process now...
Flash full handset image successfully!

Hi,
What did you really want to do for VF354?
If you want to do secure region rebuild, you already did it.
If you want to back the secure file, please try the code calculate function with real phone connection.
And suggest you to find one original phone for this action, to avoid the secure backup file to be unsuitable.
